Standard maintenance packages are inclusive of service twice-a-month.
A typical monthly service visit CAN include:
• TURF GRASS REDUCED TO 2.5-3 INCH HEIGHT OF CUT AT EACH VISIT.
• INCLUSIVE OF FERTILIZER APPLICATION 2-3 TIMES PER YEAR WHILE MONTHLY SERVICE IS MAINTAINED.
• WEED EATING ALONG THE YARD EDGES.
• EDGING OF TURF ALONGSIDE HARDSCAPES.
• LIGHT TRIMMING AS NEEDED.
You will be assigned a day on which your service will regularly occur- weather dependent- once you accept your estimate.
Service is invoiced via email on the first day of each month, your payment secures your place on the schedule for the month.
We do ask that any yard furniture or pet waste be removed from the lawn in advance of your service date in order for the service to be performed.
We accept payment via credit card, ACH, or paper check.
